CLINTON, Justice.

This is an appeal by the condemner in an eminent domain action in which it had acquired an easement for an electrical transmission line across a 120-acre tract of farmland. The question for jury determination was the difference in value of the land before and after the taking. The jury found the damages to be $5,002. The question presented here is whether the trial court erred in granting the condemnees'
