These appeals stem from two suits for bodily injury and property damage arising from the explosion of a home in a sub-division in Morgan City, Louisiana. This complex litigation included eleven consolidated suits. On the day upon which the trial was to begin, appellants in these two suits filed a motion to stay the proceeding which was denied by the trial court.
