The sole question involved in this case is whether a sentence of 2 years to the Nebraska Penal and Correctional Complex for a crime of forgery is excessive. We affirm the judgment and sentence of the district court.

The appellant was originally charged and pled guilty to the crime of forgery. He was placed on probation. The sentence involved in this case was imposed because of the appellant's violation of the conditions of his probation...
