McDONALD, Chief Justice.

Plaintiffs West, et al., in March 1970, instituted this suit as owners of royalty interests in gas produced by defendant Humble in the Clear Lake, W (Frio) Field in Harris County. Plaintiffs alleged defendant contractually obligated to account to plaintiffs for their royalty interests in the gas produced by defendant in such field; that such field is still producing gas; and that a large quantity of gas remains to be produced...
