PER CURIAM:

Bruce Kimbrell appeals from his conviction before a jury and sentence1 for violation of the third paragraph of Title 18, U.S.C. § 1708, the possession of a check stolen from the United States mail, knowing the same to have been stolen. We affirm.

The appellant did not take the stand or offer any other evidence at trial. His first assignment raises the sufficiency of the government's proof to sustain the guilty...
