Appellant, using the name Luis Arturo Gonzalez (his real name, as subsequently admitted, is Dario Jose Mejia Tobon), appeals from a judgment of conviction entered after a jury trial in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. The one-count indictment charged appellant with the crime of possessing with intent to distribute 972 grams of cocaine hydrochloride (cocaine) in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 812, 841...
