The offense charged took place between March 15, 1972, and July 1, 1972. Trial by court was held on November 15, 1972 before the District Court of Vermont, Unit No. 3, Franklin Circuit. On December 6, 1972, the lower court issued a judgment order finding the respondent guilty of the offense...
