This is a suit by Mrs. Mary L. Baird for Workmen's Compensation death benefits. Her husband died while at work and the question is whether the evidence raised fact issues in respects requisite to a recovery. The trial court held not and instructed a verdict for Texas Employers' Insurance Association, the employer's compensation carrier. The Court of Civil Appeals has affirmed. 483 S.W.2d 931.
