Mrs. Ellen R. Sharp has appealed from a judgment homologating a tableau of distribution filed by the executor in her husband's succession proceedings.

After Mr. Sharp died in February, 1970, the executor commenced an administration of the succession. The estate consisted primarily of immovable property, homestead and savings accounts, and cash, all of which were community property.
