Ebb Meadows was tried and convicted for the offense of murder of his wife, Jacqueline Meadows. He was sentenced to life imprisonment. The appeal is from this judgment. Held:

1. The evidence was sufficient to support the verdict and was not based entirely on circumstantial evidence since the defendant told several people that he had killed the deceased without stating any facts or circumstances...
