Defendant appeals from a conviction for burglary second degree and stealing. This is a companion case to State of Missouri v. Mesmer, Mo.App., 501 S.W.2d 192, the decision in which is being filed concurrently herewith. Although the defendants were tried separately, the evidence in each case was substantially the same.
