American Racing Equipment Co. (A.R.E.), a third-party defendant, again appeals a judgment in favor of Fiat-Roosevelt Motors, Inc. (Fiat), third-party plaintiff. On November 20, 1969, judgment was entered for original plaintiff, Paul Dixon, and against defendant Fiat.
