Defendant was charged with armed robbery, attempt murder and aggravated battery. After a jury trial, defendant was found guilty of armed robbery and aggravated battery. He was sentenced to a term of four to seven years on each charge, the sentences to run concurrently. The jury found him not guilty of the crime of attempt murder...
