FRUGÉ, Judge.

This is a tort action for personal injury and property damage allegedly sustained in an automobile collision. From a judgment in favor of defendants, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, and its insured, S. W. Teer, and against plaintiff, Richard Wycoff, rejecting his demands at his costs, plaintiff has perfected this appeal. We affirm.
