Plaintiff appeals from a judgment of no cause of action in favor of the defendants. Decedent Joan Muczynski died on January 29, 1969, leaving as her heirs four daughters, Frances Serkaian, Adele Ozar, Janet Shay, and Lillian Spincchia. At her death the decedent possessed certain real and personal property including a joint checking account with rights of survivorship in the name of herself and her eldest daughter, Adele Ozar.
