Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

SCOTT, Judge:

Respondent determined deficiencies in petitioners' income taxes for the calendar years 1967 and 1968 in the amounts of $1,807.88 and $579.45, respectively.

The only issue for decision is whether petitioners in each of the years 1967 and 1968 are entitled to deduct losses which they claimed to have sustained in a business of purchasing and selling antiques...
