This is an appeal from a judgment awarding plaintiff, Arthur J. Allen, $1,000 for personal injuries sustained when his stopped automobile was struck from the rear by a taxicab that fled the scene after the impact. What is at issue is the identity of the hit-and-run vehicle. Plaintiff claims it was Logan Cab No. 938. Defendants, Fred Morgan, the owner; his insurer, Manchester Insurance Company; and Logan Cab Company and its insurer, Nola Cabs, Inc....
