Muncey dba Manos & Muncey Architects, a partnership, for breach of a loan brokerage contract alleging that on April 12, 1972, the parties entered into a letter agreement by the terms of which defendants offered to pay plaintiff a 1% commission provided he could obtain and deliver to defendants...
