The People were directed in response to petitioner's application for a writ of habeas corpus to show cause why the following orders should not be set aside: (1) order denying petitioner's motion to withdraw a plea of guilty to a charge of robbery; and (2) order granting probation. We conclude that the remedy sought by petitioner is unavailable and that, in any event, the trial court did not abuse its discretion...
