William Gray was arrested and convicted by a jury on a charge of uttering and publishing a check with intent to defraud. MCLA 750.249; MSA 28.446. He was sentenced and appeals. We affirm.

At the trial, in addition to the defendant's confession, three eyewitnesses identified the defendant as the person who passed the check.
