OFFENSE CHARGED

Murder (two counts). Ill. Rev. Stat. 1967, ch. 38, par. 9-1 and par. 9-1 (a-2).

JUDGMENT

After a jury trial, defendant was found guilty and sentenced to a term of not less than 75 nor more than 150 years.

CONTENTIONS RAISED ON APPEAL
