BATEMAN, Justice.

The appellees, surviving husband and children of Annie Ruth Smith, sued the appellant C. J. Clark, an undertaker, for damages resulting from his alleged mishandling of Mrs. Smith's body following her death. They claim damages for mental anguish and physical suffering.
