The appellant, Robert Earl Smith, was convicted in the Circuit Court of Holmes County of grand larceny and sentenced to two years in the state penitentiary. Appellant, an indigent, is represented by court appointed counsel who represented him below. He appeals mainly on the ground that the evidence was insufficient, having preserved said proposition by appropriate motion for new trial in the trial court.
