Plaintiff was convicted as an adult in the District Court of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma on November 17, 1970 of the crime of possession of marihuana. Shortly thereafter he was fined and sentenced to imprisonment. At the time of his conviction Plaintiff was seventeen years of age.
