Cook, to surrender to it 400 shares of his stock in the Ingram Corporation (Ingram), upon Ingram paying defendant $10,072.00 in accordance with the terms of a contract executed by plaintiff and defendant on March 1, 1968, and an amendment thereto executed June 5, 1968.
