This case centers upon the asserted pollution of a drainage ditch and a water well. The appellant, as the owner of the lands upon which the ditch and well are situated, brought suit to enjoin the city of Marmaduke from continuing to discharge into the ditch the effluent from the municipal sewage treatment plant.
