This is an appeal of a Decision and Order of the Public Utilities Commission (PUC), No. 2793, dated July 20, 1971.

The City and County of Honolulu (City) filed before the PUC a petition for valuation of the physical and tangible property of the Honolulu Rapid Transit Company, Limited (HRT), for the purpose of acquiring said property.
