WILLIAMS, J.

Ernest Lee Williams was charged by information with two counts of arson to which he pleaded not guilty. The first trial on these charges resulted in the jury being unable to agree upon the verdict. The second trial resulted in a verdict of guilty as to both counts and Williams appeals from the judgment entered thereon.
