This is an action to recover three months' rent. The plaintiff, Minnesota Avenue, Inc., recovered judgment against Capital For Business, Inc., for two months' rent in the amount of $4900 and against the other defendant, Automatic Packagers, Inc., for $2450, being the rent for only one month.
