These are consolidated appeals from judgments entered in four separate forcible entry and detainer suits. Defendants Joan Gallagher, Colleen Cummings, Jess Cassel, and Mary Clark each filed an answer, an affirmative defense, and a counterclaim. In each case, the plaintiff William T.
