Stanley Kebe was the owner of a thirty-seven acre undeveloped tract located on the northerly side of Detroit Road in Westlake, Ohio. The Director of Highways acquired sixteen acres through the middle of the property for the construction of Interstate 90 leaving a residue on the north of five acres and a residue along Detroit Road of sixteen acres.
