Ralph L. Martin, public administrator, as guardian of the person and estate of Mrs. Ora L. Heintzelman, an incompetent, brought this suit to set aside a deed executed by his ward on February 18, 1964, whereby she conveyed approximately 120 acres of land to Orlow G. Norton and Lillian J.
