This is an action on a contract of insurance. The insured, James Bowman, seeks to have his insurer pay for damage done to an airplane covered under a policy issued by the insurer, American Home Assurance Company. The insurer argues that the insured did not have title as defined under the Uniform Commercial Code at the time of the loss and therefore asserts that the insured had no insurable interest at the time of the loss and should be denied...
