PER CURIAM:

William Nicholas Karcher has appealed from the district court's denial of his petition for habeas corpus. We affirm the ruling below.1

Appellant is presently confined in a federal prison, by virtue of a federal sentence which he does not attack in these proceedings. In his habeas petition filed below, the appellant complained of his five-year sentence2
