This is a workmen's compensation suit in which plaintiff, Bobby L. Carroll, alleges that he sustained a shoulder injury on November 25, 1971, while in the employ of Frank Doughty, and that as a result of said injury he has been and is totally disabled. Compensation payments were made from the date of injury until March 27, 1972, at which time they were terminated.
