This is an appeal from a judgment based on a jury verdict absolving defendant from liability for injuries sustained by plaintiff in an automobile accident occurring in 1970. Plaintiff asserts as error the trial court's rulings on instructions to the jury and the court's denial of plaintiff's motion for a directed verdict on the issue of liability. We affirm.
