The facts of this case as determined by the Court from an analysis of the credible evidence are as follows: At about 3:45 a. m. on October 2, 1971, Police Officers John Cooper and James Jimison observed a Chevrolet van traveling in a westerly direction on Cedar Road in the city of South Euclid, Ohio.
