This appeal is from a conviction for involuntary manslaughter, IC 1971, 35-13-4-2 [Burns' Ind. Stat. Ann. § 10-3405 (1956 Repl.)], after a trial by jury in the Grant Circuit Court, the Honorable A. Morris Hall presiding. Appellant contends that the trial court committed reversible error when it failed to adequately instruct the jury as to the elements of involuntary manslaughter.
