ALMON, Judge.

Leroy Malone was convicted of unlawful possession of heroin and his punishment was fixed at fifteen years imprisonment in the penitentiary.

The evidence for the State tends to show that on June 10, 1969, at approximately 12:00 or 12:30 P.M., Officers Sullivan and Washington of the Mobile Police Department Vice Squad, while on patrol in downtown Mobile, observed a group of men in front of a restaurant; that the men appeared to be unusually loud...
