Appellant, Leola Crum, was tried with her two co-defendants, Brenda Martin and Mary Josey, for the crime of breaking and entering a dwelling house with intent to commit the felony of grand larceny. At trial the court found that the State had failed to prove the requisite amount necessary to establish a prima facie showing of intent to commit grand larceny and, therefore, submitted the case to the jury on the lesser included offense of breaking and entering...
