In its decision of March 22, 1971, the board found that the claimant was disabled as a result of dermatitis as an occupational disease resulting from the conditions of his employment. Following the decision of the board, the appellant moved to reopen the claim on the ground of newly discovered evidence and its applications were denied by the decisions of July 26, 1971 and December 9, 1971 upon the ground that the alleged new evidence was not new and was merely cumulative...
