The matter is before the court on defendants' preliminary objections, in the nature of a demurrer, to plaintiff's (Lawson's) complaint in equity. The complaint alleges that Lawson is the owner of 100 shares of Apollo Industries, Inc. (Apollo) which owns 45.4 percent of the outstanding shares of Raychord Corporation (Raychord).
