This is a suit for specific performance of a contract to sell and purchase a tract of land located in the City of Kenner, Parish of Jefferson. Plaintiff, the purchaser, seeks to compel the defendants-sellers to transfer the land by lots and squares, minus areas dedicated as streets, avenues and parkways as set out on a plan of subdivision.
