This is an appeal by Southland Theaters, Inc.—Arkansas, Joy Twin Theaters, Robert Lundry and other employees, from a judgment of the Pulaski County Circuit Court, Criminal Division, enjoining the appellants from operating the Joy Twin Theaters in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and abating the operation of the theater and premises, as a public nuisance.
