Before the court in this equity case are two petitions: one filed by plaintiffs for contempt; the other filed subsequently by defendant, seeking appellate supersedeas. Answers have been filed to both petitions. Argument and a hearing have been had on the supersedeas petition only and the issues raised therein are now ready for disposition.
