The defendant, Ronald Alan Gill, was convicted by a jury of three drug-related offenses. 1969 Perm.Supp., C.R.S.1963, 48-8-10 (possession with intent to dispense a dangerous drug), 1969 Perm.Supp., C.R.S. 1963, 48-8-2 (dispensing a dangerous drug), and C.R.S.1963, 40-7-35 (conspiracy).
