Catonsville Plumbing and Heating Co., 262 Md. 646, 278 A.2d 557 (1971), we reversed the judgment ensuing from the direction, at the close of O'Doherty's case, of a verdict in favor of the defendant, Catonsville, at the same time remanding the case for a new trial.
