Plaintiffs appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of the defendant.
On June 29, 1966, the parties herein entered into a contract whereby the defendant agreed to install a swimming pool for the plaintiffs. The pool was constructed. However, it allegedly proved defective and the defendant refused to make the requisite repairs.
