DUNBAR v. DUNBAR

No. 5425.

276 So.2d 358 (1973)

Jackson DUNBAR v. Joyce L. D. DUNBAR.

Court of Appeal of Louisiana, Fourth Circuit.

April 17, 1973.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Jesse S. Guillot, New Orleans, for plaintiff-appellee.

Walton J. Barnes, Baton Rouge, for defendant-appellant.

Before REDMANN, LEMMON and BAILES, JJ.

LEMMON, Judge.

This appeal involves several issues relating only to child support.

Mr. and Mrs. Dunbar were divorced by judgment rendered on May 7, 1971. The judgment also provided for interim child support at an agreed rate, while the parties further agreed that the court would set the award at an evidentiary hearing after a pending Social Security claim by Dunbar for disability benefits had been determined.
