This appeal is from an order of the lower court granting an injunction, pendente lite.

Respondent owns a fifty-one (51) acre tract of land, located on the backwaters of Lake Keowee, in Oconee County, South Carolina. Lake Keowee is owned by appellant which has from time to time publicly announced, through display maps and diagrams, its intention to construct a nuclear power plant on the lake.
